Refund policy
1. 48-Hour Return Window We offer a 2-day (48 hours) return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video To prevent fraudulent claims, an unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or missing item complaints. The video must be uncut and show the sealed package being opened. Without this, no return/refund will be processed.
3. Refunds to Store Credit We do not provide cash refunds. Once your return is inspected, we will issue Store Credit (discount code) via email, valid for 1 year on our website.
4. Return Shipping In case of a return for personal preference, a shipping fee of ₹200 will be deducted from your credit note.
5. Non-Returnable Items Customized jewelry, nose pins (for hygiene), and items bought during "Clearance Sales" cannot be returned.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
